Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address attached to customer’s account. Purchased items are shipped within Two (2) business days from the order date. Please allow/give up to One (1) week from shipping date for your purchase to arrive. If after one (1) week, you are yet to receive your purchase please notify us by sending ANGEL MARIE LLC an email to info@angelmarienyc.com and provide us with your order information.

ANGEL MARIE LLC is not responsible or liable for packages delivered to invalid or mistyped addresses.

Every returning package due to invalid or insufficient address will be sent a verification email. Customers will have Seventy – Two (72) hours to respond, failure to reply within Seventy – Two (72) hours will automatically lead to order cancellation, and the customer will be refunded. (Shipping fee will not be included)

Domestic orders/shipping

Orders are commonly received within Seven (7) business days after fulfilment date.

(Excluding Holidays)

However, expected delivery dates might differ during the holiday season, depending on the courier used.

International orders/shipping

Depending on location, International shipping expected delivery dates differ. Orders are generally received within Ten to Twelve (10-12) business days after order fulfilment. (This excludes holiday season)

Duties and taxes are calculated and determined by the customs agency of the designated country. However, charges are not always incurred, valuation of duties and taxes will depend on the value of such order and the Tax-free threshold, if it there is, for goods imported into such designated country.

The recipient shall be liable and responsible for any taxes and duties, and these fees are collected at the delivery time. You can obtain/get more information on this by contacting your local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased from ANGEL MARIE LLC can be returned for credit or exchanged. Contact info@angelmarienyc.com for any return or exchange request. (And include your order details)

All returns or exchanges must be requested within Seven (7) days from the date you received your shipment. Each item and package must have the original tags attached and be unwashed as well as unworn. ANGEL MARIE LLC will not issue refunds on worn or unwrapped returned products.

Furthermore, all exchanges must be equal or lesser to the ordered product value.  If requested items have greater value than the originally ordered product(s), then you will have to pay for the difference in value.

In a situation where your ordered product is out of stock, you will automatically be refunded for the purchase price of such item (including taxes).

You will be liable and responsible for paying postage duties on any returns or exchanges. If you request an exchange, Standard Shipping fee on your new order will be waived. If your ordered item is defective, we will issue you a prepaid return coupon and waive the shipping fee on the return shipping for the new item.

Please give One to Three (1-3) weeks from the date you mail for your return or exchange to be processed depending on the volume of returns at that time. (Except holiday season)

Please, note that Gift Cards are non-refundable.

We will not be able to receive/accept returns for any Angel Marie product(s) not purchased directly via our website for any reason. We advise initiating a return with the retailer you purchased such item(s) from.

All item(s) purchased through our website should be returned or exchanged directly through ANGEL MARIE LLC. Other retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

Discount Codes

All valid discount codes must be entered during the checkout time. For our buyer’s safety, our software does not permit us to manually apply discount codes or alter any prices to orders after they are finalised, and payment has been completed.

Orders are restricted to one promo code per purchase.  Usage of numerous codes will not be allowed at checkout. (Multiple codes cannot be combined.) Orders are fulfilled and shipped according to the time they are received.

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

International exchange rates are implemented. Please note that exchange rates may fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market

Holiday Sales

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (Cyber Monday & Black Friday purchases included.)

We do not accept/collect returns on sold items. (ALL SALE ITEMS sold will not be restocked)

Discount codes and markdown prices are only valid and effective at the time of sale. Promotional prices will not apply to orders placed prior to or after the time of sale.

Special/Private Sale Events (Expos, Warehouse sale, Meet & Greets, etc…)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on items sold during these events.
