THE ITEM/SIZE THAT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

While certain products are limited edition and only released once, the majority of our items are restocked regularly. Feel free to contact info@angelmarienyc.com for specific inquiries. Due to the high demand of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred style and/or size.

 

 WHAT IF I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust prices on finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed it is not possible to make changes to the order prior to it leaving our facility. Please ensure that all of your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes, we fulfill orders very quickly. Once your order has been confirmed it is not possible to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all billing and shipping information is correct prior to submitting your order. However, if your order has not already been shipped, feel free to contact us and we will gladly do our best to accommodate you. Please note that given the high demand of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order needs to be changed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

Any customs and/or import taxes are charged once the package reaches its country of destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local postage carrier for further details and rates. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over these fees, and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
